Reorder PDF Pages
Change the order of the pages in a PDF. See a thumbnail of every page, move pages to where you want them, and download the rearranged document.
How to use
- Choose a PDF file or drag it into the upload area. Thumbnails appear one by one.
- Drag a page to a new position, or use the Earlier and Later buttons under it. Reverse order flips the whole document.
- Check the position numbers. Each card also shows the original page number.
- Select Create reordered PDF and download the result.
Supported files and limits
- Input: one PDF file up to 50 MB and up to 100 pages. For longer documents, use Split PDF first.
- The new PDF keeps the original page content, so text stays selectable.
- This tool only changes the order. It does not delete, rotate or edit pages.
- Password-protected PDFs are not supported. Remove the password first.
Using the keyboard and touch screens
- Every page has Earlier and Later buttons that work with the Tab and Enter keys, and keep focus on the moved page.
- Dragging works with a mouse. On phones and tablets, use the buttons.
- Screen readers announce the new position after each move.
Privacy
- Your file is processed in your browser and is not uploaded to a server.
- No account is required.
Troubleshooting
- If a thumbnail stays empty, the page may use an unusual feature. The page is still included in the new PDF.
- The button is disabled until the order is different from the original.
- If a file is rejected as damaged, test it in a PDF viewer first.
